The VendMAX Employee and User table contains the username and password.  The mobile app uses the same username and password as the VendMAX handheld.

For VendMAX users, an operator code is required the first time the app is accessed on a smart device, and is provided by Crane Connectivity Solutions when the software is licensed.  Call Crane Connectivity Solutions Support team at (800) 628-8363 for your licensed operator code when you login for the first time.

After entering the required fields, tap the LOGIN button to access the mobile app.

Simplifi MOBILE is the ideal app for route drivers, service technicians and managers.  When using simplifi MOBILE with route functions, be sure to sign in using the route credentials for a route which contains scheduled Points of Sale.   The first time you sign into the app, the mobile app will synchronize with your vending management software and load the route schedule and information for today’s date onto the app.  Depending upon the size of the route, this can take up to 2 minutes.  Once the app is loaded with the route schedule, tap on Start Day.

Tap the menu icon, located on the top left order of the screen, to access to the main menu.

Main Menu Options

Route Schedule Section This section is for Route Drivers and handles filling and servicing vending, delivery and market POS.  Access to these options requires licensing and user permissions.
